Oferta:
The Trade Marketing Director will be the trade leader and will be in charge of developing and operating trade strategies for the 3 business units. The main responsibilities:

-Merchandising / Promoters
-Operational budget (USD$10 mm)
-Lead the introduction of Trade Marketing strategies to Marketing and Sales teams
-Develop of Trade Marketing annual plan by channel and client
-Define strategy and training plans of merchandising people.

Perfil deseado
Solid bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration or Economic Sciences, among others. Post Graduation or MBA will be considered a plus. Between 6 and 10 years experience in managing positions. Previous experience managing premium brands, distribution channel knowledge (Departmental stores and retail), team player, leadership and field attitude.
