The main responsibilities will be:
- lead the companies analytic strategy and direction - determining where to focus the digital efforts, how to prioritize, and where to make investments
- Work with the ecommerce and marketing team to activate customer segments through campaigns across all digital channels
- Lead the ecommerce, marketing and revenue management teams abilities in analytics and using data
- Develop and improve the product recommendation engine to maximize up-sell
- Contribute to the product development process
- Manage existing data technology vendors and further develop our predictive marketing capabilities with potentially new vendors
Perfil del candidato
Degree in Statistics or Mathematics, or related careers. 4 years of experience leading a mission critical analytic/data science team within in a digital marketing or data-rich technology company. Understanding of statistical and predictive modeling concepts and data mining techniques as well as clustering and classification techniques and optimization algorithms. With professional leadership and team management experience, strategic mind set, good communication skills and decision making abilities. Written and spoken English skills.
