The main responsibilities are to:

  • Lead the Human Resources department
  • Assures that all training is effective with measured results
  • Manages and directs staffing initiatives for the company
  • Develops and implements compensation systems and benefit programs
  • Leads succession planning efforts and ensures solid development plans are established and followed
  • Manages employee relations to create an environment where employees are empowered and informed
  • Maintains compliance and represent the company in any legal challenges related to the Human Resources function
  • Assists and provides direction Human Resources policies and procedures.

Perfil del candidato

Bachelor's Degree. MBA and/or post graduation is preferred. Experience in safety and security, compensations, coaching, organizational effectiveness. Must have 5 to 8 years in Human Resources. Fluency in English and Spanish. Establish strong relationships within the organization and focused on quality. Must have strong leadership skills and be able to lead and work in a team environment.
