Descripción de la vacante

The main responsibilities are to:

  • The provision of a high-quality HR guidance and support service to line managers at all levels across the company
  • Create a dynamic presence with line managers and establish credibility as an expert in HR
  • Promote best practice and give sound counsel in dealing with challenging situations, always operating within the laws and regulations governing employment
  • Lead the implementation and delivery of key HR processes such as Recruitment, Appraisal, Reward and Talent & Succession planning for the company
  • Ensure that company and site HR Policies and Standard Operating Procedures are fully adhered to and properly administered with accurate and comprehensive record keeping for the benefit of the company and staff
  • Ensure that all relevant employment law requirements, including those relating to diversity, disability, are fully understood and adhered to through the provision of sound and expert advice to line managers and employees
  • Manage the internal site communications ensuring a fully integrated approach to imparting key messages to employees
  • Implement site communication mechanisms in order to ensure that employee opinions are listened to, taken into account and responded to
  • Ensure that all employee engagement activity is effectively implemented and followed up to guarantee maximum positive impact
  • Develop and support the development and delivery of cultural change plans and interventions
  • Support line managers and departments by ensuring any business reorganization is conducted properly and effectively, managing business risk whilst ensuring that employees are treated fairly and with respect
  • Lead recruitment activity at the site ensuring that we attract the best talent into the organization and conduct thorough and effective recruitment processes adhering to standard operating procedures
  • Manage headcount, ensuring that only candidates who reach the highest standard are recruited and exit strategies are used appropriately
  • Support line managers through appraisal and performance management activities, ensuring a consistent, fair and business-relevant approach
  • Support line managers in the implementation of effective talent management and succession planning

Perfil del candidato

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering or any related fields. Minimal experience of 5 years in this field. Strong attention to detail and goal oriented. Commitment to excellent customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities. Fluency in English.
