The main responsibilities are to:
- Develop and implement effective commercial strategies
- Ensure the achievement of the regional sales target
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team
- Develop strong relationships with existing customers and potential ones
Perfil del candidato
Engineering degree. Minimum 10 years of experience with commercial responsibilities in the chemical sector. Minimum 5 years of experience in management positions leading a sales team. Demonstrated track record of excellence in sales results. Strong leadership skills. Strong strategic planning skills. English level: advanced.
