The main responsibilities are to:
- Coordinate communication of product quality issues, information, trends or other data to respective internal customers
Collaborate with peers and internal customers to improve quality, processes, and documentation
Develop processes and plans to identify trends and focus on continuous improvements
Structures department, hires and promotes employees to maximize talent and opportunity
Sets department goals and monitors progress
Handles disputes, directs activities for resolution between staff and divisions/internal customers
Issues trend and status reports
Assures timely communication fosters an environment of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
Perfil del candidato
Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar academic background. Master Degree is desirable. 1-5 years in management/supervisory experience in a regulated industry such as; Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, Food or Personal Care. Understanding of FDA/ QSR guidelines and knowledge of quality control standards. Must be detailed oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to work independently and in a team environment to accomplish individual as well as team objectives. Advanced English level is required.
