Descripción de la vacante

The main responsibilities are to:

  • Set a commercial strategy to commercialize the company products among the distributors in the region
  • Identify new possible distributors and develop a training plan to gain a larger market share
  • Be the responsible for the budget of the area, proportionate monthly report and sales forecasting
  • Identify and develop initiatives with the distributors to increase the company products demand (pricing policy, incentives, etc.)
  • Work closely with Marketing department.

Perfil del candidato

Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field. At least 7 years of experience in chemical products and the last 2 years in indirect sales. Proficient with MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and SAP. Excellent customer relations and sales skills on all levels. Availability to travel at least 40% of the time, strong team player in a multi-cultural ambience. Fluent English and Spanish.
