Descripción de la vacante

The main responsibilities are to:

  • Generate new business by leveraging existing relationships, prospecting, conducting market analysis and cold calling
  • Drive and manage the entire sales process - targeting top prospects, identifying client solutions, negotiating, and closing
  • Collaborate with potential clients with strategic and solution thinking
  • Assist in the establishment and development of processes/procedures
  • Conduct demonstrations of the company's proprietary tracking system
  • Collaborate with sales team to share knowledge and best practices

Perfil del candidato

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) with a 2.8+ GPA from four-year college or university; and a minimum of 3 years related business development experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven track record of achieving results and closing new business. Strong written and oral communication. Knowledge of marketing promotions, creative, strategy, or project management desired. Agency experience and local relationships strongly desired. Experience in B2B sales for Pharmaceutical, Franchise Food, Financial and/or Consumer Package Goods industries a plus. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form and dealing with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
