The main responsibilities are to:
- Develop a pipeline by identifying and building new sales opportunities
- Lead, develop and execute the sales strategies to reach the business results and desired leadership position in the verticals targets
- Set the strategy and objectives to achieve the revenue and scorecard objectives
- Supervise, train, engage, motivate, and push the team to successfully prospect, qualify and close complex sales cycles
- Coordinate and manage weekly and monthly pipeline reviews to ensure ongoing improvement
- Define new models and processes to grow business
Perfil del candidato
Bachelor's Degree. More than 8 years experience en the IT industry selling enterprise solutions, sales management, channel management, and team building and development. Deep relationships in various markets in Mexico. Proven track record of growing business and consistently exceeding quotas. Background in technology (infrastructure, web hosting, CDN). Excellent knowledge of the Mexican IT market, relationships with the local ecosystems and a strong list of contact and existing relationships to leverage. Strong knowledge of Internet and concepts. Fluent in English and Spanish.
