The main responsibilities are to:
- Maintain customer relationships
- Develop, execute and track performance of programs designed to improve sales
- Provide measurement and evaluation for sales initiatives
- Provide weekly reports on sales growth opportunities and market intelligence
- Provide infield sales training to Field Sales Representatives /Operators/ Agents on how to upsell our games
- Screening potential recruits
- Improve the customer satisfaction
- Develop solutions that provide enhanced customer satisfaction
- Identify improvement opportunities and share best practices across the region.
Perfil del candidato
Degree in Businee, Marketing or equivalent work experience. Five or more years of expirience in a consumer goods company.Knowledge of the Market.Expirience managing KPI. Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
