Descripción de la vacante

The main responsibilities are to:

  • Provide direct sales support on the International solution suite to sales and account management staff across the company core channel, including answering product questions, researching technical questions, assisting with client negotiations and pricing recommendations, and providing general subject matter expertise as necessary to support new sales
  • Deliver remote and on-site product presentations and demonstrations to internal and external audiences as necessary to help secure new business
  • Respond directly to RFP's as requested by sales support management, sales management and account management representatives, while independently coordinating the RFP schedule and managing timelines and expectations as necessary
  • Assist with business unit education initiatives as needed, including remote and on-site training of sales and account management staff
  • Participate in sales and client conferences to help create awareness, promote the International solution suite and generate client demand
  • Assist in the development of sales tools, collateral, competitive positioning materials and other marketing-related assets designed to create awareness, equip the sales force and drive new business.
  • Continuously capture client feedback from the field and maintain a priority list of enhancements and high-demand requests to product leadership as needed
  • Use industry expertise and client's business requirements to understand the client's priorities and identify ways to enhance the client's business performance with the appropriate company solutions and services
  • Represent the company at Trade Show events and conferences to increase brand and solution visibility (company booth, panel discussions, industry speaker, etc.)
  • Stay current and knowledgeable on fraud management and AML management market trends, requirements, and customer needs

Perfil del candidato

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Experience using sales force automation software, preferably is preferred; Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Demonstrated business-minded orientation with a genuine interest in learning, understanding and contributing to the strategic direction of the business. Understanding of sales cycles and processes, development and qualification of the business need, identification of target clients, positioning of product and customer solutions is preferred. Ability to interact professionally and develop strong relationships with clients and internal business units is required. Ability to make decisions and solve problems. Manage multiple initiatives and responsibilities concurrently, prioritizing as necessary, and setting expectations with management on timelines is required. Strong professional communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation is required. Availability to travel (70%). Proficiency in Spanish and English languages is required. If proficient in Portuguese would be preferred, but not a requirement.
