Main responsibilities:
" Provide a local point of contact for IT application problem management.
" Adhere to IT Controls and procedures.
" Follow up troubleshooting with other support teams and vendors until resolution.
" Interact with other local and global IT and business teams.
" Understand business requirements to produce appropriate documentation.
" Assist system owners in preparing the test environment, the test plan up to the implementation to production.
" Strong knowledge on plan for release management.
" Must have working knowledge of OPICS/OPICS Plus.
" Must have Financial Background and understanding of local regulation.
" Understanding of databases, Windows/Unix.
" SQL is a must, writing efficient queries and be able to get the required data to analyze
" Oracle and MSSQL knowledge is desirable.
" Scheduling experience in Autosys or Control-M
" Must have 2+ years of solid application support on financial institutions.
" Worked for an Investment Banking institution for at least 3 years.
" Product knowledge (Fixed Income, Interest Rates Derivatives, FX, Options, Equities) desirable
