The Business Consultant will be responsible to manage a recruitment process for our clients, attracting candidates for the positions and matching them into several sectors. The role requires excellent networking skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Descripción

  • Attracting candidates by drafting advertising copy for use in a range of media and by networking, headhunting, and through referrals.
  • Developing a deep understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, and their environment.
  • Screening candidates, interviewing them, conducting background checks, and finally matching them to their clients.
  • Providing advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements, and career opportunities.
  • Working towards and exceeding targets related to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients, or new business leads generated.
  • Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment process.
  • Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract client companies.
  • Visiting clients to build and develop positive relationships with them.

Perfil buscado

A successful Recruitment Consultant should have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • 1-2 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated success in networking and relationship building.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and to work under pressure.
  • English and Spanish communication
