Business Systems Analyst Lead (Hybrid Guadalajara)

Key responsibilities :

• Leads eCommerce project requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.
• Creates and manages project documentation (requirements, flow diagrams, solution designs).
• Facilitates IT and stakeholder approvals on project decisions.
• Manages change requests and project risks.
• Provides status updates and helps prioritize tasks for IT management.
• Oversees and mentors Business Systems Analysts I and II.
• Analyzes and designs systems/processes in retail supply chain.
• Coordinates with IT teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Proposes process improvements and best practices to senior management.
