Descripción

  • Lead and manage geological exploration projects in the mining and metallurgical industry.
  • Develop and implement resource evaluation strategies to optimize extraction processes.
  • Analyze geological data to identify potential resource deposits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with company objectives.
  • Oversee the preparation of geological reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards in all geological activities.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the geology team.
  • Monitor advancements in geological tools and techniques to enhance exploration efficiency.

Perfil buscado

  • Bachelor's degree in Geology or related field.
  • Advanced English proficiency - Required.
  • Strong leadership skills with 3-5 years of experience - Required.
  • Proven experience in open-pit mining - Required.
  • Extensive knowledge of geological operations/production - Required.
  • Hold a professional license and degree - Required.
  • Valid passport and tourist visa - Required.
  • Willingness to relocate to Arizona.
  • The company will sponsor the TN visa.
  • Experience in the mining and metallurgical industry.
