Descripción

  • Procurement Management: Oversee the procurement of indirect materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency in sourcing.
  • Cost Reduction Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs across all indirect material categories while maintaining high quality and reliability.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate pricing, lead times, and service agreements with suppliers, ensuring the best possible terms.
  • Catalog Management: Manage and maintain web catalogs of products from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Contract Management: Collaborate with the legal team to review contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Market Analysis: Perform market research to identify new suppliers, monitor pricing trends, and ensure competitive pricing.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a smooth procurement process and address any issues that arise.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (finance, operations, supply chain) to align procurement strategies with company goals

Perfil buscado

  • Experience: 2-3 years in procurement, supply chain, or a related field, with a focus on indirect materials.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SAP, experience with web catalog management, and the ability to handle complex procurement systems.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate favorable terms and prices with suppliers.
  • Cost Management: Experience in developing and executing cost-saving strategies and achieving measurable results.
  • Languages: Advanced English proficiency for communication with global suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
