Main responsibilities:
- Compliance risk management, including risk identification, evaluation, mitigation and management.
- Deploying compliance related programs across large organizations.
- Compliance management systems, compliance management, framework development and execution.
- Leadership experience demonstrating ability to lead teams across the organization, lead multiple initiatives across the compliance function, and drive results
- Demonstrates ability to prioritize workload individually, for junior staff, balance multiple cross-functional duties, and drive deadlines in a consistent manner.
Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)
Candidate's Profile:
- Bachelor degree in administrative fields, law, accounting or related is required
- + 5 years of previous experience in this areas
- CNBV Compliance Officer Certification (required).
- PMI certification or related is a plus.
- Advanced English as a MUST
- Previous experience in management (HC: +3)
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong analytic and data interpretation skills including the ability to review interpret and present data in a concise and precise manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Access
- Business orientation
