Descripción

  • Oversee and continuously improve the risk management model, including risk identification, assessment, prioritization, and mitigation.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, internal policies, regulatory frameworks, and industry requirements.
  • Establish, formalize, and elevate corporate governance processes, policies, and decision‑making structures.
  • Lead the organization's ethics and integrity program, including the whistleblowing channel and internal investigations.
  • Prepare and present executive‑level compliance and risk reports for the CEO and Board.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies (anticorruption, conflicts of interest, data protection, internal controls, etc.).
  • Promote ethics, accountability, transparency, and responsible business practices.
  • Coordinate crisis management and ensure business continuity under a structured governance framework.
  • Serve as the primary advisor to senior leadership on all compliance and governance matters.

Perfil buscado

  • 5+ years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Governance, or similar roles.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Compliance Officer or equivalent leadership role.
  • Strong exposure to hyper‑regulated industries (financial services, insurance, energy, health, etc.)
  • Proven ability to interact with and present to Boards and Executive Committees.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Strong ethical compass, strategic thinking, and the ability to build frameworks in organizations undergoing formalization or growth.
