General Administration: manage staff issues
Financial Management: budgeting, cost control, and resources administration
Logistics and distribution: Responsible to oversee the organizing, storage, and distribution processes of goods
Manufacturing and Assembly: Ensure operations, manufacturing, and quality to achieve production goals
Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)
1. A minimum of 10 years general management experience in manufacturing of electronic products goods and services.
2. Technical degree in electronics is preferred.
3. Experience with P&L responsibilities.
4. Well versed in Enterprise Problem Solving.
5. Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization both in Spanish and English.
6. Able to work and manage cultural differences across international teams, including Asians and Americans.
7. Excellent time management skills.
8. Commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
Preferably experience in LED lighting manufacturer.
