Growing boutique financial advisory firm founded by highly recognized partners. The firm advises a select group of international clients, providing high‑impact support in financial analysis, capital structuring, asset management, and offshore finance operations for U.S.‑based companies.

Descripción

  • Own end‑to‑end accounting operations for a US‑based client, managed from Mexico.
  • Lead day‑to‑day accounting activities including AP, AR, payroll and GL entries.
  • Prepare and review monthly journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Ensure accurate revenue and expense recognition under US GAAP.
  • Oversee month‑end and year‑end close processes, ensuring timeliness and quality.
  • Prepare financial statements, analyses, and cash flow forecasts for leadership.
  • Act as main finance contact for internal teams and US stakeholders.

Perfil buscado

Non‑negotiables

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA or equivalent highly valued).
  • Strong hands‑on experience with US GAAP accounting.
  • Advanced English (daily communication with US stakeholders).
  • Proven seniority in a Controller or Senior Accountant role.
  • Demonstrated team leadership experience.
  • High ownership mindset, proactivity, and self‑driven attitude.
