Descripción

  • Supervise and manage all cost accounting functions in the organization.
  • Analyze and present detailed cost reports for upper management.
  • Develop and implement cost control strategies and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate costing of products.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure cost accuracy and compliance.
  • Train and mentor junior cost accountants in the team.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to develop budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Participate in financial strategy development.

Perfil buscado

A successful Cost Supervisor should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in cost accounting within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and other relevant computer applications.
  • Solid understanding of financial regulations and legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
