  • Manage and maintain the cost accounting system to ensure accurate financial data.
  • Analyze production costs, variances, and profitability to support operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to prepare monthly and annual cost reports.
  • Provide recommendations for cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor inventory valuations and conduct periodic audits.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts related to cost accounting.
  • Support cross-functional teams with cost-related insights and data.

Perfil buscado

A successful Cost Supervisor should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in cost accounting within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and cost-control processes.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
