- Serve as point of contact between the company and customers.
- Work in accordance with best practice ERP processes.
- Ensure all types of product inquiries are managed professionally.
- Competent and timely response on customer claims.
- Organise own work patterns around customer and business needs.
Perfil del candidato
Degree and experience in commercially driven customer care. Experience in a busy customer service, using ERP-systems (Microsoft), CMR, proficiency with standard MS Office programs. Service orientation and excelent comunication skills. English verbal and written is a must.
