Global leader in design and manufacturing of electrical and electronic components is looking for a highly technical Customer Quality Manager, with strong communication skills and problem solving experience.
  • Technical Expert Level Position; minimum 10 years' experience in industry
  • Expert of 6sigma, SPC, Variation Control, MSA or GR&R technique

Descripción

  • Lead 8D problem resolution teams for internal and external raised concerns.
  • Ensure the resolution of the identified problems with the urgency they may require.
  • Perform process capability studies on existing processes. Review and analyse results.
  • Collect, review, and react to data collected within the manufacturing processes
  • Participate in the modification of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).

Perfil buscado

  • 10 years of experience in industry
  • Expert of 6sigma, SPC, Variation Control, MSA or GR&R techniques and other quality tools
  • Experience working in high mix low volume.
  • Expert on practical problem-solving tools using 8D methodology.
  • Advanced English
