We are seeking a Customs & Compliance Manager for an international manufacturing company. The successful candidate will handle all customs and compliance-related tasks, ensuring smooth operations in our healthcare department.
  • Ensures compliance with customs laws and manages import/export processes.
  • Manages trade compliance per IMMEX, NAFTA/USMCA, and other trade agreements.

  • Ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Preparing and submitting necessary documentation to customs authorities.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential compliance risks.
  • Staying updated with changes in customs regulations and industry standards.
  • Training staff on compliance procedures and regulations.
  • Providing reports on compliance activities and improvements to senior management.

Perfil buscado

A successful Customs/Compliance Manager should have:

  • A degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience in customs and compliance within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international customs regulations.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • The ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • The ability to stay updated with changes in regulations and industry standards.
