Descripción

* Manage a team of developers and data scientists to design and implement data-driven solutions
* Develop and maintain a robust data infrastructure, including data storage, data processing, and data visualization tools.
* Collaborate with internal IT Data & Analytics team as well as with business unit engineering and manufacturing teams to understand data requirements and develop custom solutions to meet their needs
* Work with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven optimization of operations
* Ensure that all data management processes are compliant with relevant regulations and standards
* Develop and implement security measures to protect sensitive data
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in industrial automation, data analytics, and cybersecurity

Perfil buscado

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
* At least 5 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on industrial automation and data analytics
* Strong technical skills in data analysis, machine learning, and programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
* Experience with industrial control systems and industrial networking protocols such as Modbus, OPC, and Ethernet/IP
* Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, and Granfana
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Experience with cybersecurity and data privacy regulations a plus
* Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking in English and Spanish
