  • Demonstrated sales discipline and record of sales success and experience leading to the successful acquisition of new business through a structured process
  • Critical thinking - can offer creative solutions to meet client and prospect needs
  • Drive results by successfully presenting to clients and senior management
  • Proven ability to effectively interact at all levels of an organization
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions for clients.

A successful Director Relationship Management should have:

  • Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • A degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Operational discipline, critical thinking, resilience, drive and good communication skills
  • Knowledge and use of Salesforce and tools like Power BI
  • Advanced English
