The coordinator´s responsibilities are:
- Meet sales quota and budget, as well as other KPIs
- Support Distributors to reach their targets
- Prospect and select new distributors
- Conduct product training with the distributors sales force.
- Prepare contracts for distributors in cooperation with legal teams.
- Travel availability 50%
Perfil del candidato
The ideal candidate has:
- 3 year experience in sales in the medical devices industry
- Knowing the orthopedics industry is a plus.
- Commercial or Technical degree
- Fluent in English is a must. Written and verbal.
- Board contacts with orthopedic and/or medical devices distributors.
- Strong Negotiation skills.
- Ambitious and motivated sales personality.
