  • Responsible for providing environmental, health, safety, and security leadership
  • Responsible for: maintaining site ISO14001/45000 certifications; assuring accurate and complete EHS reporting of metrics
  • Manages and directs site in achieving EHS targets & objectives. Directs development, maintenance, and achievement of goals in support of EHS strategic initiatives
  • Ensure legal compliance at the site
  • Supports creation of EHS goals for the site manager and appropriate activity based goals for the leadership team, functional managers, and front-line supervisors to drive EHS , compliance, and results
  • Drives and promotes zero incident throughout site.
  • Create training matrix to ensure that all training is defined and tracked to completion
  • Performs activities according to the Quality and Environmental policies established by the business
  • Applies the Safety and Environment principles and methodology to prevent accidents

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

  • Industrial Engineering Degree or similar
  • Bilingual spanish - english
  • 4 + years as EHS Supervisor in manufacture industry.
  • Knowledge of Mexican regulatory laws
  • Strong teambuilding skills
  • Proactive and Leadership
  • Ability to lead and support cross functional EHS teams
