As an Operational Automation Executive, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing technological processes within the production sector. This key role within the technology department requires both technical and strategic skills to enhance operational efficiency across plants in Mexico and Latin America.
  • Hybrid role in Mexico City. Bilingual role with international exposure.
  • Lead high-impact automation and Industry 4.0 across multiple operations.

Descripción

  • Design and develop automation solutions to improve operational processes.
  • Supervise the implementation of technological tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor the performance of automated systems and make necessary adjustments.
  • Prepare detailed reports on the impact of the implemented solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in automated processes.
  • Train teams in the use of new tools and technologies.
  • Identify relevant technological trends in the sector and propose their adoption.
  • Develop a modernization roadmap.
  • Assess operational and technological risks.
  • Request CAPEX for automation and modernization initiatives.
  • Implement new technologies across operational environments.
  • Incorporate industrial cybersecurity practices into all automation projects.

Perfil buscado

  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Strong technical knowledge of industry regulations and standards
  • Expertise in Control Systems (Operational Technology) and Automation - Non‑negotiable
  • Experience in Maintenance Management
  • Knowledge of Utilities operations
  • Understanding of Manufacturing Processes
  • Project Management skills
  • Data Science competencies
