  • Oversee all engineering and maintenance projects and activities, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Implement a continuous improvement strategy upon arrival.
  • Coordinate with different departments to improve production processes and suggest new ideas.
  • Manage the engineering and maintenance team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Participate in budget planning and resource allocation for the department.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the efficiency of equipment, recommending upgrades or replacements as necessary.

Perfil buscado

A successful candidate should have:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Advanced English
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the electrical, electronics or metal mechanics industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on approach.
