Descripción

  • Design and implement improvements in planning and performance management processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Adapt existing approaches and develop alternative solutions for moderately complex challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client management to align strategic objectives with financial processes.
  • Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve accuracy and decision-making.
  • Participate in projects that integrate technology, strategy, and people to drive sustainable transformation.
  • Define methods and procedures for new assignments while ensuring compliance with goals and standards.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of planning and analytics tools.
  • Deliver insights and actionable recommendations to strengthen enterprise performance.



Perfil buscado

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting or corporate roles related to financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and hands-on experience with planning and analytics platforms (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion, SAP, OneStream, Cognos TM1, Adaptive).
  • Bachelor's degree in fields such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
  • Advanced English is mandatory.
  • Comfort working in technology-driven environments, with knowledge of Visual Basic, SQL, .Net, databases, and reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau considered an advantage.
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, effective communication with senior management, project leadership, and change management capabilities.
