Our client is a leader in the automotive sector with a significant presence North America. They have a workforce of over 1000 employees and are renowned for their high-quality products and dedication to customer satisfaction. They are seeking a Field Sales Manager to join their team.

Descripción

  • Lead and manage the sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work along with the brand's dealers and importers.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and industry leaders.
  • Analyze sales data to monitor performance and plan future sales strategies.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any escalated customer service issues.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products.

Perfil buscado

A successful Field Sales Manager should have:

  • A degree in Business, Finance or related field.
  • Solid understanding of financial measures, forecasting and analytical skills.
  • Commercial background (minimum 8 years).
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the sales department of an automotive company.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales performance targets and develop creative solutions
  • Knowledge of the LADM/LATAM Region as well as the automotive industry sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

  • A competitive salary range of 756,000 - 1,020,000 MXN per year.
