Descripción

  • Define and lead the organization's overall financial strategy, ensuring that economic, operational, and growth objectives are met in alignment with the corporate plan.
  • Oversee and coordinate the Finance, Accounting, Cost, FP&A, Tax, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and IT teams, ensuring efficient operations, strong controls, and alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and consolidate financial and tax budgets, monitor their execution, and recommend adjustments when deviations or strategic changes arise.
  • Ensure the timely and reliable generation of financial information, providing key analyses that support accurate decision-making aligned with the company's actual performance.
  • Identify operational, financial, and internal control risks, proposing and supervising preventive or corrective actions to safeguard business stability.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance in both tax and accounting matters, and promote the proper application of international accounting standards (such as IFRS or US GAAP when required).
  • Maintain ongoing communication with senior leadership and corporate teams, presenting results, performance reports, and financial projections in a clear and strategic manner.

Perfil buscado

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields; Master's degree preferred.
  • Advanced conversational English.
  • Over 5 years of managerial experience in multinational manufacturing companies.
  • Leadership experience across Finance, Accounting, Costing, FP&A, Tax, AP, AR, and IT teams.
  • Experience applying IFRS and US GAAP standards.
  • Valid visa (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in SAP and Power BI; OneStream is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and assertive communication.
