Descripción

The Finance Controller Manager oversees all financial operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, accurate financial reporting, and operational efficiency.Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the plant's financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and full financial close processes.
  • Oversee cost control, variance analysis, and profitability to support business performance and decision‑making.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and local statutory requirements.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to plant leadership on investments, cost‑saving initiatives, and process improvements.
  • Manage and develop the plant finance team while delivering timely financial reporting and supporting ERP/digitalization initiatives.



Perfil buscado

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA), CMA, or similar accreditation preferred.
  • 5+ years relevant experience in manufacturing finance, with prior management/supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in financial software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP).
  • Advanced English.
