This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and driving operational efficiency while partnering closely with plant leadership to support strategic decision-making.

Descripción

The Finance Controller Manager will oversee all financial activities of the plant, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Monitoring cost structures, variances, and profitability to support decision-making.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and local regulations.
  • Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities and preparing financial statements.
  • Partnering with plant leadership on investment analysis, cost-saving initiatives, and process improvements.
  • Coordinating internal and external audits.
  • Leading and developing the plant finance team.
  • Providing timely financial reporting and insights to regional and corporate stakeholders.
  • Supporting ERP systems and digital finance initiatives.

Perfil buscado

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional certification (CPA, CMA or equivalent) preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing finance, including team management.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
