We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FP&A Manager to join our team within the automotive manufacturing industry. This role will be responsible for leading financial planning and analysis activities, including monthly P&L preparation, variance analysis, and budget allocation, ensuring alignment with corporate financial goals.

Descripción

  • Lead the preparation of monthly Profit and Loss (P&L) statements.
  • Conduct variance analysis, comparing forecasted vs actual results.
  • Develop financial forecasts and oversee budget allocation.
  • Review variances with the respective responsible departments to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Supervise the accounting department to maintain accurate account controls.
  • Oversee cost control measures and expense tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies, ISO 14001:2015, and applicable regulations.
  • Develop and implement action plans in response to incidents, accidents, or adverse environmental impacts (e.g., spills, waste mixing).
  • Participate in reviews of safety systems and environmental management systems.

Perfil buscado

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, cost management, and FP&A within the automotive/manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience with Oracle ERP, specifically in cost, inventory, rates, and related modules.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP reporting standards.
  • Background in companies with plastic injection molding processes.
  • Experience working in plants with approximately 800 employees.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Competencies: Excel proficiency, general accounting, financial statement management, standard costing, financial planning, and US GAAP knowledge.
  • Strong leadership skills to coordinate teams managing costs, accounts payable, and inventory.
