Descripción

  • Support business growth from a financial control perspective.
  • Ensure that financial reports and practices are aligned with current laws and corporate control procedures.
  • Comply with US GAAP, MX GAAP, and various corporate policies, assessing control risks as necessary.
  • Provide expert analysis and evaluation in finance, accounting, planning, forecasting, and cost management to improve organizational performance.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate preparation and filing of tax returns through proper supervision and review.
  • Maintain an effective internal control system and coordinate with internal and external auditors to enhance control procedures.
  • Perform local treasury functions, including cash management and financial forecasting.
  • Ensure consistency in financial processes and procedures, continuously optimizing them to achieve greater efficiency.

Perfil buscado

  • 15+ years of professional experience in Finance, with a minimum of 5 years as a Controller or Senior Manager.
  • Advanced English is a mandatory requirement.
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
  • ⁠Experience in Big Four firms.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • Experience in the retail industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and tools.
  • ⁠Flexible working hours.
  • Hands-on, able to lead, team player, resilient and strong communication.
  • Able to collaborate and communicate effectively within cross-functional teams and resolve complex problems positively.
