This role acts as a key business partner to regional leadership and corporate stakeholders, operating in a dynamic and high-growth context.

Descripción

  • Lead the regional budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes across multiple countries in the Americas.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and proactively flag risks and opportunities to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, scenario analysis, and investment decisions.
  • Act as the finance lead for M&A activities, including financial due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
  • Partner closely with Controllers, regional functional leaders, and corporate teams to ensure financial alignment and governance.
  • Present financial insights, reports, and recommendations to regional executives and global stakeholders.
  • Support ERP implementations and continuous improvement of FP&A processes and reporting standards.

Perfil buscado

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in FP&A within a multinational or regional environment.
  • Proven exposure to M&A transactions and post-merger integration.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to operate in fast-paced, high-change environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience interacting with senior executives and challenging business decisions.
  • Advanced English proficiency; comfortable working with international corporate teams.
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability.
  • High resilience, attention to detail, and ability to lead through ambiguity.
