  • Leading and managing the financial planning and analysis team.
  • Providing strategic support to the executive management team.
  • Overseeing financial reporting and analysis to identify financial trends and provide recommendations.
  • Collaborating with other team leaders in the Accounting & Finance department to achieve company objectives.
  • Coordinating the annual budget process and interim forecasts.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Developing and implementing financial models to support strategic initiatives.
  • Enhancing the financial decision-making process across the company.

Perfil buscado

A successful FP&A Manager should have:

  • A strong academic background in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • CFA Institute Certificate
  • Advance level of professional English
  • Proven leadership capabilities and experience managing a team.
  • High proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information in an understandable manner.
