  • Portfolio Database and metrics of leased and service units.
  • Cost Center Expense Distribution.
  • Finance Report Forecast to Headquarters.
  • Analyze cause of mayor variances Vs. Budget and previous periods.
  • Update and allocate Profitability by Customer Database.
  • Budget and Client Accountability.
  • Supervision and Influence.

Perfil buscado

  • University Degree in Accounting/Finance, or business-related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 year's experience in FP&A or finance related role
  • Advanced MS Excel skills; Power Query, and other programming languages an asset.
  • English level minimum required: Intermediate (Preferred Fluent)
  • Ability to clearly and confidently communicate results to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to influence and persuade different points of view.
  • Ability to execute multiple projects and drive key business results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong time management and self-management skills.
  • Self-starter attitude with willingness to learn and master new technologies.
  • Strong problem solving, analytically and strategic thinking skills; able to see the "big picture" in a complex business environment.

Qué Ofrecemos

  • Gross salary range: $60,000 - $63,000 Mexican pesos + Bonus + Benefits.
