Ensure the accuracy of budgets, projections, and financial indicators under IFRS to comply with corporate, business unit, and internal reporting requirements.Guarantee the proper calculation of production and sales costs, effective inventory management, and compliance with internal control requirements under SOX.

  • Supervise and coordinate FP&A activities.
  • Establish and maintain financial reporting systems.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Work closely with team leaders to optimize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
  • Guide the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Oversee and develop FP&A staff.
  • Maintain an effective working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

Perfil buscado

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an FP&A role within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Strong financial analysis and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
