Descripción

  • Oversee AP invoice processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely vendor payments.
  • Manage vendor master file maintenance, maintaining data integrity and adherence to company policies.
  • Supervise cash applications to ensure accurate and timely allocation of payments.
  • Lead general ledger accounting and account reconciliations, ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Drive the month-end and year-end close processes, delivering timely and precise financial reporting.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and provide insights into financial performance.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery across finance operations, meeting or exceeding SLAs.



Perfil buscado

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Equivalent experience may substitute academic training.
  • Strong expertise in financial analysis, process improvement, project management, and risk mitigation.
  • Proficiency in general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and managing month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Advanced skills in financial software, including SAP S4/HANA and Eclipse, with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • English proficiency required (spoken, written, and reading); up to 15% travel and a valid US visitor visa (or eligibility) needed.
