This role is for a Director General, who will be responsible for the overall operations in the car dealerships department and will be leading the team towards achieving the company's strategic objectives. The individual will also be accountable for monitoring and improving the performance of retail sales.

  • Managing and overseeing the entire dealership operations
  • Developing and implementing operational strategies in alignment with the company's goals.
  • Monitoring and improving overall performance.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • Leading and motivating the team to drive performance
  • Managing budgets and financial planning.



Perfil buscado

A successful General Director should have:

  • A degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the retail/dealership sector.
  • Exceptional strategic planning and business development skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and industry regulations.
  • Solid understanding of operations and financial planning
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
