Perfil buscado

A successful Gerente Automatización & Proyectos should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG, Oil & Gas or similar sector
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills
  • Proficiency in automation software and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • English as a second language
  • Support the development of the company's strategic plans.
  • Manage operations technology (OT).
  • Document and implement standards, norms, and policies for operational technology (OT) systems.
  • Provide technical and strategic leadership.
  • Influence OT cybersecurity strategy for the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with IT teams.
  • CAPEX Managment
