Descripción

  • Lead and implement quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Oversee product inspection and testing processes, implementing KPIs to monitor quality performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma) to optimize product and process quality.
  • Manage supplier quality, evaluating their performance and conducting audits as needed.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, especially regarding safety standards in vehicle manufacturing.

Perfil buscado

  • + 5-10 years of experience in the automotive manufacturing industry - specializing in quality management, process improvement, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills - experience in leading quality teams and training staff.
  • Knowledge in ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 certification.
  • Knowledge of VDA certificaction desirable.
  • Proven experience in audits and compliance - successfully managed internal and external audits, supplier quality assessments, and regulatory inspections.
  • Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies - including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing.
