The Plant Manager will lead and oversee all operations at our manufacturing facility, with a strong focus on process improvement, proactive leadership, and hands-on management.

Descripción

  • Oversee daily operations of the plant, ensuring efficient production processes and high-quality output.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize manufacturing operations.
  • Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage the transfer of operations, projects and new introductions, ensuring minimal disruption and seamless integration.
  • Optimize resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Perfil buscado

  • At least 5 years in a current plant management role. (Must)
  • Desirable to have strong experience in the manufacturing process of harnesses
  • Previous experience in large, global companies, with the ability to quickly adapt to changing environments.
  • Experience in complex manufacturing plants with fast-paced, high-volume production and multiple production lines.
  • Hands-on knowledge and leadership in production and the full cycle of planning (Production Planning)
  • Previous experience leading large teams and different business units.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English
