We are looking for a driven and experienced B2B Sales Manager to lead our sales department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring business growth through effective sales strategies and forging strong relationships with clients.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Negotiate and close agreements with new and existing customers
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board

Perfil buscado

A successful B2B Sales Manager should have:

  • Proven work experience as a B2B sales manager
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Good understanding of the business services industry
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
