Develop the strategy for both key pillars for Industry: Sell in (Distributors/Partners strategy) andSell Out (End User Strategy) Actively participate on defining the best way to measure performance and create consistentcompensation models for the different roles. Achieves local and regional sales operational objectives by contributing local and regional salesinformation and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completingaction plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards;resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales systemimprovements; implementing change. Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annualbudget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
