Descripción

  • Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for outsourced manufacturing partners, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, and supply objectives.
  • Perform detailed cost analysis at product level, including BOM breakdowns, to support make-or-buy decisions and identify savings opportunities.
  • Lead supplier transitions and localization initiatives, managing end-to-end implementation with cross-functional teams.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with international suppliers to improve margins, mitigate risks, and secure long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Program Management, and Business teams to support new product launches and meet performance targets.

Perfil buscado

A successful Global Procurement Manager PMR products should have:

  • Extensive experience in strategic sourcing within global manufacturing or contract manufacturing environments.
  • Proven track record developing and executing sourcing strategies that drive cost optimization and business impact.
  • Strong expertise in supplier selection, performance management, and complex commercial negotiations at a global level.
  • Solid understanding of cost structures, market dynamics, and risk mitigation across international supply chains.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate data into actionable sourcing decisions.
  • A results-oriented mindset with direct impact on margin improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
