  • Develop and expand a distributor network for heavy trucks.
  • Implement commercial strategies to strengthen market positioning and drive sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key partners.
  • Analyze market demand to tailor offerings and optimize distribution strategies.
  • Ensure timely delivery of units to distributors and oversee the sales process.
  • Travel frequently across Mexico to visit distributors and strengthen partnerships.
  • Adapt to a multicultural environment, working closely with international stakeholders.

Perfil buscado

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in the heavy truck industry with a strong commercial background.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, distribution, and market expansion.
  • Strong network within the heavy truck sector.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with distributors and key clients.
  • Ability to adapt to a multicultural work environment.
  • Resilient and flexible, comfortable with frequent travel and high workloads.
  • Fluent in English (B2-C2 level) for effective communication in an international setting.
